The previous bias lights I had were <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0053B347M" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> USB based </a> ; they wouldn’t change color, and they did not have an ON/OFF switch. So it works intermittently. The biggest drawback I could think of is the fact that should the remote ever not work, its not possible to change colors or turn the lights ON/OFF except unplug them from the power.</p>
